Our store operates its own factory, providing direct-from-manufacturer products. With short production cycles, we guarantee high-quality goods.

2. Regarding Colors:

We insist on photographing actual products to present them to buyers from a realistic perspective. However, due to differences in color contrast and color temperature across computer monitors, slight color variations are considered acceptable.

3. Regarding Customer Service:

Please specify exactly what you wish to purchase and the quantity so that we can check inventory and assist you as quickly as possible.

IV. Ordering and Exchange Policy:

① All products are sold at low-margin wholesale prices; please do not negotiate further. Thank you.

② Wholesale prices do not include shipping costs. If you are purchasing multiple items, please contact customer service to inquire about shipping costs.

④ Exchange Policy: Due to the large volume of wholesale orders, we are unable to unpack and inspect each item individually before shipment. If there is a quality issue, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days, and we will cover the shipping costs; for non-quality-related issues, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the item has been sold.

Shipping Notes: When placing an order, please specify any unavailable shipping carriers in the order notes to facilitate timely processing by the distribution center. (Delivery time is generally 2 to 5 days, depending on the region.)

Shipping Schedule: Order cutoff is 4:00 PM daily. Payments made after 4:00 PM will be shipped the following day (orders are accepted and shipped as usual on Saturdays and Sundays).

V. Friendly Reminders:

① For returns shipped back to our company, we will refuse to accept packages sent with shipping charges due upon delivery.

② If a product is damaged or the packaging is incomplete during shipping, the buyer should refuse to sign for the package, notify the delivery person immediately, and contact our site by phone (the contact number is on the shipping label). We will actively coordinate with the logistics provider to resolve the issue. We will not accept any claims for issues discovered after signing for the package!

VI. Regarding Drop Shipping:

① Simply join our reseller program to access drop shipping services.

② Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day; orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the following day. The default carrier is Zhongtong Express. To change the carrier, please contact customer service for assistance.
