Add what you want to your bag, then check out with your name, phone number and delivery address. No card, no wallet, no account needed — though an account keeps your addresses and shows every order in one place.

Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the courier, in cash, when the parcel is in your hands. There is nothing to pay online and nothing to pay before it arrives.

You get an order reference on the confirmation page. Keep it — it is how you track the order and how we find it when you message us.

Every product is in one of two lanes, and every card in the shop says which:

• In Nepal · 2–3 days. Stock we hold in Nepal. It leaves our shelf and reaches you in about 2–3 days.
• Imported · 2–3 weeks. Brought in to order from our suppliers abroad. Allow about 2–3 weeks from the day you order.

We deliver across Nepal.

Go to Track an order and enter the order reference together with the phone number you used at checkout. The phone is the proof the order is yours — the reference alone opens nothing.

Signed in? Every order you placed with that account, and any you claimed with your phone, is under Account → Orders.

Wrong item, damaged parcel, a delivery that has not shown up, or a question the shop does not answer: message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and a photo if there is one. A person replies.

We store what an order needs: your name, phone number and delivery address, and the orders themselves. With an account, also your saved addresses and a password we keep only as a hash.

The shop sets three cookies of its own — one for your session, one for your bag, one that lets you open orders you have proven are yours — and no advertising or analytics trackers. Nothing about you is sold or shared beyond the courier who needs your address.
